With over 35 years of experience in sustainability, education, and international development, he leads the organization’s Research & Development and Strategic Management divisions with vision and precision.
Pemaa has managed donor-funded projects supported by SNV Netherlands, JICA, and the European Union, previously and held key roles. His academic foundation in Anthropology (Human Security & Environment) informs his systems-thinking approach to institutional design, policy innovation, and stakeholder engagement.
